Amhrán na Mara (Song of the Sea) tells the story of Ben and his little sister Saoirse - the last remaining 'seal-child', as they go on an epic journey to save world of magic and discover the secrets of their past. The film takes inspiration from the mythological folklore of Ireland, according to which, the 'Selkies' live as seals in the sea and live as humans on land.
